Following a rigorous assessment and completion of the MIA’s legal compliance in addition to its 10 point code of practice, Mexia was awarded accreditation and is now listed on the register of approved suppliers with the MIA.
Managing Director Kursha Woodgate said: “We are delighted to have been awarded AIM accreditation and recognised as providing quality services within the meetings industry. The AIM scheme provides a benchmark and reassurance to firms looking for quality suppliers; we are thrilled to have achieved this accolade.”
The MIA describes its AIM scheme as ‘the nationwide ‘kitemark’ for accredited venues and service providers in the meetings, conference and events industry’. AIM accreditation has become synonymous with professionalism, quality and trust and is endorsed by Visit Britain, the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO) and Meeting Professionals International (MPI) as a robust industry standard.
