New i2 Office in London achieves 90% occupancy in 90 days

Technology savvy serviced office provider i2 Office has firmly staked its claim in the London serviced office market with its newest opening in Devonshire House, Marylebone.  The new centre, created via a lease with Howard De Walden Estates, opened its doors on August 16th and has achieved a phenomenal 90% occupancy rate within just 90 days of opening.
